To obtain money or property by putting personal threat to victims or victims’ property or loved ones

It is an act of putting the victim in fear of injury to him or to his loved ones to induce such person to deliver property or valuable security or anything signed or sealed.

It is the illegal and wrongful use of actual or threatened force or intimidation on the victim to gain money or property.
