An act of fraudulent use of computer and internet.

An act of fraudulent use of chat rooms, email messages, a message board, discussion forums, websites i.e. use of computer or internet medium (i.e. chat rooms, email messages, a message board, discussion forum, websites etc.)

to cheat and deceive the person intended or the general public:

(1) to conduct fraudulent transactions; or

(2) to transmit the proceeds of fraud to any account or financial institution; or

to steal or destroy or render unusable (e.g. by the proliferation of viruses) computer data.
